  • Veg patty We can use any veggie of our choice.... 2 cup all purpose flour... 1 tbs oil... Pinch salt... as needed Water to make dough.... For Stuffing.... 1/2 cup boiled green peas... 1/2 potato boiled... 1/2 cup corn boiled... 1 capsicum chopped.. 1 onion chopped.. 1 carrot chopped. 1/2 tbsp oil Pinch jeera 1/4tsp salt 1Pinch turmeric powder 1/4 ts red chilli powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 1 ts coriander powder 1 tbsp fresh Coriander chopped 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts 10... rainsin as needed Oil to fry .

Directions

  • Prepare stuffing.. 1- Chopped all veggies. 2- Take a nonstick pan. 3- Add oil jeera now add onion saute it now add carrot capsicum peas corn and all mix it cover it cook it till soft. 4- Now add all spice in it mix well off the flame. 5- Cool this stuffing. 6- Mix all ingredients of dough make smooth dough cover it with cloth or dish. 7- Make balls from dough roll it 8- Put 1tbs stuffing on rolled puri cover it like gujia press it now make design by fork. 9- Make all patty like this. 10- Hot the oil now slow the flame and fry all patty one by one on slow flame till golden. 11- Take it out from oil put it on tissu paper to absorb oil. 12- Cut from middle, serve it with sauce and chutney.
